Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Leader to drive scalable, AI-enhanced campaigns across multiple markets from Singapore. You will own measurement, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate user acquisition and engagement while optimizing spend.

You will partner with analytics and data science teams to build attribution models and frameworks, staying ahead of industry trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth/digital marketing focused on user acquisition or engagement.
• 8+ years designing and analyzing marketing experiments, including A/B testing and incrementality measurements.
• Experience using quantitative analysis and marketing data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
• AI fluency — using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work to deliver faster outcomes.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple markets.
• Experience using marketing analytics and attribution platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize growth KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, data science, operations) to deliver growth programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness at scale.
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend using AI to accelerate insights.
• Monitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for real-time optimization.
• Manage budgets and forecast marketing performance to meet growth targets, adjusting channel allocation based on in-flight data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, martech, research, and creative teams to execute campaigns and ensure go-live across timezones.
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
