You will analyze performance data, optimize spend, manage budgets, and forecast outcomes to exceed growth targets. The role requires strong AI fluency and collaboration across product, data science, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments including A/B testing and incrementality.
• Strong analytics using marketing data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing work.
• Experience developing strategies across multiple markets and using attribution platforms.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels.
• Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend.
• Monitor campaign operations and provide real-time optimization recommendations.
• Manage budgets and forecast performance to meet growth targets across channels.
• Collaborate with product marketing, Martech, research and creative teams to deliver campaigns.
• Partner with analytics teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Leverage AI as the default toolkit for analysis, experimentation, and automation.
• Demonstrate measurable impact from AI-augmented workflows and share learnings.
• Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
