Proven track record of driving growth with marketing efficiency in North America.
Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Own performance of all online paid media channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic).
Collaborate with local teams for localized strategy: campaigns, media planning, and creative development.
Analyze campaigns and product data to derive actionable optimization insights.
Lead budget planning and execution to maximize marketing effectiveness; growth hacking via testing.
