Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in high/medium/low voltage electrical systems design and operations in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, IEC standards; familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and project management skills to influence stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives with prioritization.
• Understanding: Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and facilities systems.
• Self-driven and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across all electrical operations.
• Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage.
• Provide expert support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D methodologies.
• Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis and expansion project execution.
• Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for upgrades; provide engineering oversight during design and construction.
• Conduct FMEA to eliminate single points of failure and enhance resilience.
• Mentor electrical engineers and technicians through structured training and field engagement.
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive SMART power systems, predictive diagnostics, and digital tool deployments.
• Collaborate to implement AI-driven solutions to bolster performance and reliability.
• Promote digital tools adoption, automation, and data-driven decisions.
• Stay current with AI technologies and foster an AI-ready culture.
