Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in instrumentation and control systems in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Certification on PLC and SCADA.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in English and able to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of control systems at site.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive safety culture.
• Provide expert support for complex operations and perform 8D root cause analysis.
• Coordinate capacity planning and expansion projects for site growth.
• Mentor control engineers and technicians through training.
• Drive AI-enabled enhancements and smart power/system diagnostics.
