Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
8+ years in HV/MV/LV electrical systems design, maintenance and operations in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across electrical operations.
Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage including generators and UPS.
Provide expert support and lead root cause investigations using 8D methodologies.
Oversee capacity planning, performance analysis, and expansion project execution.
Review scope, schedule and cost estimates during design and construction phases.
Conduct FMEA and drive reliability improvements; mentor engineers and technicians.
Drive SMART power systems deployment and digital tools to enhance productivity.
