Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of engineering experience in relevant environments.
5+ years in people leadership or supervision.
Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, facility automation, PLC/SCADA.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop an ambitious team of electrical and control engineers to achieve safety, reliability, and cost targets.
Foster adoption of AI, ML, and digital technologies within Facilities to improve reliability and efficiency.
Ensure safe operation of electrical distribution systems, UPS, generators, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and automation systems.
Drive equipment reliability through predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
Support Fab capacity expansion projects and facility upgrades with engineering leadership.
