Qualifications

Master's or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with HV/MV/LV electrical systems in semiconductor/manufacturing.
Proficiency in ETAP and IEC standards.
Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Champion EHS compliance across electrical operations.
Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems 230kV to LV.
Support complex operations issues and lead 8D investigations.
Coordinate resources and analyze system performance for expansions.
Review scope, schedule, and cost estimates for upgrades.
Perform FMEA to improve reliability.
Mentor electrical engineers and technicians.
Lead post-incident reviews and corrective actions.
Drive capacity expansion, reliability, energy efficiency.
Deploy SMART power systems and digital tools.
Integrate AI-assisted tools and ensure responsible use.
Contribute to continuous improvement with AI-enabled enhancements.
