Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Business Analytics, Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing digital solutions, applications, automation workflows, AI-enabled solutions, or technology products.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into working prototypes or deployable solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage business users to understand operational challenges, pain points and improvement opportunities.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows and user stories.
Rapidly develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development approaches.
Use Copilot and other AI-enabled platforms to build and validate solution concepts.
Design and demonstrate mock-ups, workflows, dashboards, applications and MVPs.
Refine successful prototypes into scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
