Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a data-savvy AI Business Analyst to partner with clients in Singapore. You will translate business needs into AI/ML use cases, map workflows, explore data readiness, and help create ROI-driven project roadmaps.

You will work with senior teams to define objectives, scope, and measurable success criteria while bridging business and technical teams. You will also lead client workshops, elicit requirements, and collaborate with architecture teams to ensure feasible

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of AI-related business analysis or data analysis experience.
Foundational programming skills in Python and SQL.
Knowledge of AI paradigms including LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder liaison.
Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Frame business use cases by translating client needs and mapping workflows.
Explore data sources and assess data readiness for AI/ML initiatives.
Define project objectives, scope, and success metrics from a business perspective.
Create a clear product vision, scope, and roadmaps for AI projects.
Engage with clients through workshops and discovery sessions to elicit requirements.
Collaborate with Solution Architecture to ensure feasibility and rapid prototyping.
Develop and deliver presentations articulating ROI of AI/ML solutions.
