Job summary

mci group asia pacific pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an AI Transformation Manager to own the office's AI adoption and transformation agenda. The role blends change management, acculturation, business analysis and project management, with full ownership of AI consumption in the office.

You will spot local opportunities, coach non-technical colleagues, gather feedback, and drive cross-office process optimization and standards with the Group AI team and AI Explorers network.

Qualifications

Experience in AI adoption and transformation within a corporate setting.
Ability to translate complex processes into practical AI use cases.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Spot local opportunities for AI to reduce friction and improve quality.
Coach non-technical colleagues on generative AI usage and learning resources.
Surface feedback to Group AI Transformation and L&D teams for prioritisation.
Lead the local transformation agenda and drive process optimisation with the Managing Director.
Own AI consumption, budgeting, governance and reporting within the office.
