Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Business Analytics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing digital solutions, applications, automation workflows, AI-enabled solutions, or technology products.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into working prototypes or deployable solutions.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Mewah is seeking a hands-on AI & Digital Solutions Analyst to support the Group’s digital transformation and AI adoption journey. The role combines business analysis with rapid prototype development using AI-assisted development techniques. The successful candidate will work with business users to understand operational needs, translate requirements into practical solutions, and build prototypes that demonstrate business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Solution Design

Engage business users to understand operational challenges, pain points and improvement opportunities.

Gather, analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows and user stories.

Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, recommend process redesign options, and translate business needs into practical digital and AI-enabled solution designs.

2. AI Solution Development & Prototyping

Rapidly develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development ("vibe &/ white coding") approaches.

Use Microsoft Copilot and other company-approved AI-enabled development platforms to build and validate solution concepts.

Design and demonstrate mock-ups, workflows, dashboards, applications and minimum viable products.

Refine successful prototypes into scalable solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations.

3. Digital Solutions & Automation

Support the implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives across business functions.

Develop dashboards, workflows and applications to address identified business requirements.

Support user testing, solution refinement and deployment activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Engineering or related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing digital solutions, applications, automation workflows, AI-enabled solutions, or technology products. Candidates should have proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into working prototypes or deployable solutions, including the ability to independently conceptualize, build, test, and refine solution prototypes with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

Practical experience with AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping approaches.

Ability to use Microsoft Copilot and other company-approved AI-enabled development platforms to design, develop, test, and refine working solution prototypes.

Working knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, including the ability to develop workflows, applications, or automation solutions.

Working knowledge of APIs, databases, system integration concepts, and digital solution architecture.

Experience with Power BI, dashboards, or reporting solutions is advantageous.
