Job summary

BrandForce Nexus (BFN) is seeking a client-support and solutions-focused professional to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and effective use of AI-powered CRM and loyalty tools. You will collaborate with clients and the product team to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate communicates excellently, is comfortable with AI workflows, and can manage multiple client requests while maintaining attention to detail. Eligibility to work in Singapore is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools, particularly ChatGPT and Claude.
• Curious about AI and comfortable experimenting with new AI applications and workflows.
• Hands-on understanding of CRM, customer engagement or loyalty platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to test software systematically.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple client requests and priorities.
• Confident working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key day-to-day contact for BFN clients and provide responsive, professional customer support.
• Assist with the management and delivery of CRM, loyalty and customer engagement programmes.
• Work with clients and internal teams to resolve questions, issues and programme requirements.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, research, product testing, communication, documentation and client support.
• Assist with CRM campaign setup, customer communications, member journeys and programme activities.
• Support client onboarding and implementation of new programmes and features.
• Conduct product and platform testing, including testing new CRM and loyalty functionality before release.
• Identify bugs, user experience issues and opportunities to improve the product.
• Work with developers and product teams, track and follow up on product issues and enhancements.
• Assist in preparing client reports, programme updates, campaign summaries and presentations.
