Job summary

Syspex Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a results-driven sales professional to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and to grow the customer portfolio.

You will build lasting relationships, present solutions, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and use AI tools to make outreach more effective.

With a diploma or degree in engineering and at least two years in business development or sales, you will help drive revenue and contribute to a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Track record of winning new business and developing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Initiative, persistence and a clear focus on results.
• Curiosity to understand customer challenges and learn new products and solutions.
• Confidence working independently and collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to apply AI tools in daily work.
• A valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence; access to own vehicle is preferred.
• Candidates will be considered for the Executive or Manager position based on relevant experience and demonstrated capability.

Responsibilities

• Win new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.

• Own the sales journey: manage opportunities from lead generation and qualification to proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Grow your pipeline: maintain clear next steps, accurate CRM records and reliable sales forecasts.
• Create compelling proposals: prepare quotations and business cases that communicate value and commercial benefits.
• Work as one team: collaborate with technical and operations teams to support successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead: monitor market developments and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Work smarter with AI: use AI tools for research, personalised outreach and proposal preparation, while checking accuracy and protecting confidential information.
• Deliver results: achieve agreed sales, revenue and gross profit targets.
• Represent Syspex at relevant industry events, exhibitions and networking activities.
