Qualifications

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories.
Hands-on experience with report creation and dashboard design in Salesforce.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for AI solutions.
Translate Business Needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Facilitate Process Improvements by analysing current processes and identifying automation opportunities.
Conduct Testing including functional testing and UAT to ensure configurations meet requirements.
Create Reports and Dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
Train and Support Users through training sessions and ongoing assistance for AI solutions.
Drive Strategic Value by identifying areas where AI can add value to division goals, driving efficiency.
