Job summary

NCS Group, a leading AI Tech Services company in the Asia Pacific, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into clear requirements and ensuring solutions meet objectives.

You will drive the full lifecycle from problem identification to implementation, coordinate workshops, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and support SIT/UAT to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in gathering and documenting requirements (BRD, PRD, user stories).
Strong documentation and traceability across the project lifecycle.
Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Understanding of APIs and systems integration concepts.
Experience planning/coordinating UAT and coordinating SIT.
Background in financial projects is a plus.
Comfortable learning new technologies incl. AI/LLM.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a business analyst.

Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to identify problems, needs, and opportunities.
Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
Provide consult to client and internal teams on solution direction incl. AI, automation or process improvement.
Support solution design by ensuring alignment with business goals.
Participate in SIT, coordinate UAT and support defect triage.
Act as liaison between development, project management and clients to clarify requirements and manage scope.
Maintain traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle.
