Preferred Salesforce certifications in Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
Analyze processes and recommend automation or optimization using Salesforce tools.
Oversee Salesforce enhancements with administrators and developers.
Perform functional testing and UAT to ensure configurations meet requirements.
Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across teams.
Train and support users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
