Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable specifications, and drive AI-enabled process improvements. The role includes testing, reporting, and training users to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and create user stories, with a focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven results across divisions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories.
• Hands-on experience with report creation and dashboard design in Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities
