Job summary

The Info-communications Media Development Authority invites a Manager-level Business Analyst to join the Content & Standards Division in Singapore. You will collaborate with management, end-users, and technical teams to capture detailed business requirements for AI solutions and translate them into actionable specifications.

Qualifications

Background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable specifications.
Ability to create clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience designing reports and dashboards in Salesforce or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with management, end-users, and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for AI solutions.
Translate Business Needs: Convert business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with development teams and business goals.
Facilitate Process Improvements: Analyse existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend automation or optimization using AI tools.
Conduct Testing: Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure configurations meet business requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
Create Reports and Dashboards: Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
Train and Support Users: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of AI solutions.
Drive Strategic Value: Work proactively to identify areas where AI can add value to the division goals, driving efficiency and innovation.
