Job summary

CareCone Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive AI, data, and automation initiatives. You will gather requirements, document BRD/FRD, and translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate with AI/ML, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams, facilitate workshops and UAT, track risks, and help define KPIs and dashboards to measure AI operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting AI, Data, Automation, or Technology Operations projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, AI-driven applications, automation, and AI operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for AI and automation initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and operational requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process optimization.
• Support monitoring and analysis of AI solution performance, operational issues, and business outcomes.
• Assist in defining KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and reporting requirements for AI operations.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT activities.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
• Track issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
