Job summary

NCS Group is hiring a techno-functional Business Analyst to bridge business, product, and technical teams, delivering AI-enabled solutions and integrated workflows. The role emphasizes strong requirement analysis, documentation, and production-ready system delivery.

You will engage with AI/GenAI perspectives, ensure governance, and support testing and deployment across projects in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related field.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled digital transformation or enterprise integration.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, Agile are advantageous.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs and work with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and manage scoping, traceability and acceptance criteria.
• Create functional specs, use cases, and test scenarios.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployments, and production support.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related discipline
