You will uncover operational pain points for automation, design prototypes, monitor deployments, and develop reusable frameworks and training materials to scale adoption while ensuring responsible AI use.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst, AI advocate, or innovation practitioner.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and building apps with them.
Interest in AI development and global regulations.
Proficiency in Python; familiarity with cloud deployments for ML models and LLMs.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Structured, detail-oriented with solid documentation habits.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, policy, frontline teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Uncover operational pain points where AI could provide meaningful solutions and automation opportunities.
Design and support development of AI prototypes to maximise adoption and integration across divisions.
Monitor performance of deployed AI projects and develop strategies to expand successful implementations.
Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to build AI literacy and enable safe AI adoption.
Track and report on AI initiative outcomes, including efficiency gains and cost savings.
Develop reusable frameworks, standards, documentation, and training materials to support sustainable process excellence.
