Job summary

TikTok Singapore is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end data production for safety model training and evaluation. You will translate business needs into scalable data solutions, coordinate across algorithm, product, annotation and operations teams, and drive timely, high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes process standardization, quality control, and continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/DS/AI or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem decomposition and ability to translate business needs into data strategies.
• Extensive full-cycle project management and process design experience.
• Solid knowledge of ML data production pipelines (data collection/annotation to model evaluation).
• Proficient in SQL and Excel for analyses and retrospectives.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Self-driven with ownership mindset to deliver results.
