Job summary

TikTok is seeking an AI Data Operation Specialist Graduate for TikTok LIVE in Singapore, with a 2027 start. You will support content benchmarking across BPO teams, assist onboarding, and help calibrate moderation policies to improve output quality.

You will train models on large labeled datasets, analyze content trends, and provide actionable insights to project teams. A related Bachelor's degree and proficiency with data tools are required; RLHF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with RLHF annotators or related areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark content quality across BPO teams and support onboarding of new teams.
• Manage policy clarifications and calibrations; analyze performance gaps and systemic issues.
• Label content and analyze trends; provide insights to project teams and manage quality initiatives.
• Train models on labeled content; assist data preparation, cleaning, and structuring for training.
• Derive process insights from moderation data and coordinate impact analyses.
