Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to coordinate and drive AI and Data projects across teams. You will manage timelines, stakeholder communications, meetings and governance documentation.

The role requires strong organisational skills, multi-tasking, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. 12-month contract with renewal; salary SGD 5K-6K per month plus up to 2 months bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in AI, Data or IT.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project progress, timelines and deliverables.
• Organise meetings, workshops and discussions, including tracking follow-up actions.
• Work with stakeholders, project teams and vendors to support project implementation.
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies, and elevate where necessary.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Support the planning and execution of organisational initiatives, events and engagement activities.
