Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Management support professional to join a market-leading function in a top international professional services firm.

You will work across EMEA and APAC stakeholders, draft agendas and minutes, develop project plans, monitor timelines, and help implement new technologies on live engagements. Strong Excel and Power BI skills will help drive insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in professional services and/or project management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• A self-starter with strong multi-tasking and forward-planning abilities.
• High attention to detail and a methodical, positive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills advantageous; MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint and Power Automate skills preferable.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and technology, and how they're reshaping service delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Draft agendas and minutes; build project plans and timelines.
• Monitor scope, workstreams, deadlines and fees.
• Facilitate billing processes and internal/external communications.
• Assist in implementing new technologies across live engagements.
• Coordinate smaller discrete projects and other tasks.
• Analyse data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights.
