Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Data Scientist to bridge business vision with AI delivery, leading end-to-end AI projects from problem definition through prototyping to production deployment and handover to operations.

You will coordinate across business and technical teams, apply Agile/Scrum, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in STEM.
At least 3+ years in AI/data science delivery roles.
Experience managing full AI/data science project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Shape project strategy and translate business goals into clear statements, scopes, and success criteria.
Lead end-to-end Data Science and AI projects from ideation to deployment and handover.
Apply Agile/Scrum tailored to AI/ML delivery and manage risks.
Coordinate with Technical Leads, Data Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders.
Ensure governance, approvals, and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Present progress and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
