Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to coordinate and drive the delivery of AI and Data projects across teams in Singapore.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, project tracking, meeting coordination and ensuring timely, effective outcomes. The position is a 12-month contract with renewal, offering a monthly salary of SGD 5,000–6,000 plus up to two months' performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in AI, Data or IT.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project progress, timelines and deliverables.
• Organise meetings, workshops and discussions, including tracking follow-up actions.
• Work with stakeholders, project teams and vendors to support project implementation.
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies, and elevate where necessary.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Support the planning and execution of organisational initiatives, events and engagement activities.
