Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support AI/data analytics initiatives. You will coordinate project plans, organize meetings, track milestones, and prepare management updates to ensure successful execution.

Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you will monitor risks, maintain governance materials, and assist with data collection and reporting for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in AI, Data Science, IT, CS, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, including documenting meeting minutes and tracking action items.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to support project implementation and delivery.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and management updates.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate matters to relevant stakeholders where appropriate.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and governance materials to ensure compliance with established processes.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of organisational initiatives, engagement activities, and events.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support project decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, AI technologies, data analytics tools, or digital transformation initiatives will be an advantage.
