Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. seeks a Data Scientist to bridge business strategy and AI delivery, leading end-to-end Data Science and AI projects by translating complex business needs into defined objectives and actionable plans.

Based in Marina Bay, Singapore, you will collaborate with stakeholders, apply Agile/Scrum practices, manage risks, and ensure smooth handover to operations. This 1-year contract offers a competitive salary and potential permanent conversion based on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM.
3+ years of progressive experience in AI, data delivery, or data-driven product roles.
Proven track record of managing full AI/data science project lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum in AI/ML delivery.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Highly proactive with strong ownership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Data Science and AI projects, owning problem definition, planning, and delivery.
Apply Agile/Scrum methods tailored to AI/ML delivery.
Guide solutions through prototype, validation, testing, production readiness, and release.
Identify, track, and manage project risks and dependencies across teams.
Communicate progress and findings to business stakeholders in clear terms.
Coordinate smooth handover to BAU or operations after release.
