Job summary

TikTok is seeking a data operations professional in Singapore to lead end-to-end data production for safety model training and evaluation within the ADSO team. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and design scalable data solutions for safety-related ML workflows.

You will build and optimize processes, drive quality, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high data quality and collaboration across algorithm, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields; plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in statistics and standard analytical methods (descriptives, distribution, correlation, hypothesis testing).
• Expert-level SQL for complex queries; Python or R for data analysis; visualization tools Tableau/PowerBI/Looker.
• Interest in machine learning and data operations; understanding data production — model training — model evaluation pipeline.
• Clear logical thinking, high data quality standards, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English as working language; strong coordination and project-driving abilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery management for content safety data, from requirements to execution and optimization.
• Lead development of data production strategies across algorithm, product, and other teams.
• Establish standardized processes and quality systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, blockers, and risks.
• Build quality assessment and retrospective mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
