SkillsFuture Singapore Agency in Singapore is seeking a role in the Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) to lead industry development and partnership engagement for AI-related CET initiatives within the National AI Impact Programme. Responsibilities

  • Translate industry, workforce intelligence and policy intent into viable programme designs and implementation approaches.
  • Develop and operationalise the AI course curation and signposting framework.
  • Engage CET providers, AI solution providers, learners, enterprises and government agencies to support workforce initiatives.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders to support workforce transformation.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation and operations of AI initiatives, including AI curation and subscription workstreams.
  • Oversee AI solution provider onboarding, contracts, service requirements, invoice verification and payment controls.
  • Coordinate onboarding, maintenance and enhancement of curated AI learning opportunities and subscriptions.
  • Handle feedback, appeals, and case management per programme policies and quality standards.
  • Monitor programme performance indicators and prepare management reports for refinement.

Job description

[What the role is]

The Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) is part of the Training Partners Group in Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). The team supports a robust and high-quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships, management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development.


Reporting to the Team Lead, you will perform industry development and partnership engagement work and contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce development initiatives under the SkillsFuture AI Subscription initiative, which forms part of the broader National AI Impact Programme (NAIIP).


You will manage the end-to-end implementation and operations of the AI course curation and signposting workstream, working closely with CET providers, AI solution providers and ecosystem partners and other stakeholders to ensure learners have access to relevant, high-quality and up-to-date AI learning opportunities and tools. The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of workforce transformation, AI adoption, skills development and programme delivery


[What you will be working on]

What you will work on:


  • Translate industry, workforce intelligence and policy intent into operationally viable programme designs and implementation approaches

  • Develop and operationalise the AI course curation and signposting framework

  • Engage and coordinate with CET providers, AI solution providers, learners, enterprises, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to support workforce development initiatives

  • Facilitate strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, CET providers, AI ecosystem partners and AI solution providers to support workforce transformation and skills upgrading

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation and operations of AI initiatives, including AI course curation, signposting and AI subscription workstreams

  • Oversee AI solution provider onboarding, contract administration, service requirements, invoice verification, payment controls, and operational issue resolution

  • Coordinate the onboarding, maintenance and continuous enhancement of curated AI learning opportunities and AI subscription offerings

  • Handle feedback, appeals, and case management in accordance with programme policies, audit requirements, and quality standards

  • Monitor programme performance indicators and reporting programme metrics such as uptake, utilisation, learner feedback, claims and payment status, operational risks, and implementation issues for management reporting and programme refinement

  • Communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesPrepare clear written submissions, reports and briefing materialsFacilitate discussions and present recommendations confidently to stakeholders and management
