Job summary

Ethos is recruiting for heads of capture to guide AI-assisted responses to public-sector RFIs, RFPs, and solicitations. You will own capture plans, compliance matrices, and past-performance narratives, delivering precise documentation across government opportunities.

This role offers a fully remote arrangement with flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $100/hour, reflecting seniority and impact across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities.
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support training of AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated capture documents and plans for government solicitations.
