BYD (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional to lead standards development, governance, and performance management for the aftersales network. You will develop global standards, drive audits, and establish KPIs to drive excellence across distributors and dealers.

You will assess readiness for product launches, oversee ILS adequacy, tooling, workshop layouts, and technician training, collaborating with Engineering to ensure top-tier service operations across the network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive aftersales experience with dealer network management or service operations.
• Experience in developing SOPs, conducting audits, and implementing KPI-based performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with root-cause investigation experience.
• Familiarity with workshop operations, parts logistics, and technical service requirements.
• Experience with DMS and other aftersales IT systems is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, document, and maintain global standards, SOPs, and SLAs for aftersales distributors and dealers.
• Lead the annual store assessment and grading program to measure compliance and performance.
• Conduct audits to ensure policy adherence and drive best-in-class service benchmarks.
• Define and communicate KPIs and targets for the aftersales network; monitor and report on performance.
• Assess readiness of the service network for new product launches and existing models; collaborate with Engineering.
