Job summary

Hutchinson Research & Innovation Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Aerospace ASEAN Junior Sales Manager to lead regional BD and sales initiatives across ASEAN, supported by the global ADI strategy.

The role blends market research, lead generation, and sales administration to expand market presence and hit revenue targets. You will build client relationships, promote Hutchinson Aerospace offerings, manage the sales pipeline with the Regional BDM Director, and travel 20–50% to pursue opportunities

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree, plus 5+ years in aviation business, MRO.
• Solid knowledge of OEM/global airline industry and APAC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Drive BD and sales strategies across ASEAN in alignment with regional leadership.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets as defined by regional BD management.
• Promote Hutchinson Aerospace offerings and ensure consistent branding.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting with the Regional BDM Director.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Aerospace BUs and represent at industry events.
