Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, seeks a CORE Manager for Asia Pacific Aftermarket Operations in Singapore. You will drive CORE/SPS initiatives, oversee CCR rollout, and collaborate with Digital Transformation teams to deploy visual management tools on the shop floor.

You will lead cross-functional teams, champion Lean Six Sigma practices, manage data readiness for transformation, and coordinate training and certification programs to sustain high performance across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CORE/CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive CORE/SPS initiatives aligned with business strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic/TACTICAL CORE/SPS plans with clear goals.
• Oversee CORE Control Room implementation and integration.
• Collaborate with Digital Transformation teams to deploy visual management tools.
• Lead process improvement projects and coordinate training programs.
• Coordinate resources and Kaizen events to improve daily workflows.
• Review AMO control towers for compliance with RTX standards.
