Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a technical client support specialist for a 12-month contract to work with a leading MultiTech social media company.

The role focuses on providing expert troubleshooting, strategic guidance on advertising solutions, and seamless collaboration with Sales and CS teams. Responsibilities include handling high volumes of technical support cases, ensuring CSAT, and acting as the technical liaison for various client-facing managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Solid understanding of the Advertising Technology ecosystem.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Develop deep expertise in advertising solutions and provide strategic consultations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to implementation and optimization of advertising products.
• Collaborate with Sales to address client challenges and develop plan.
• Support CSOs by assisting advertisers facing technical difficulties and guiding troubleshooting.
• Manage a high volume of support cases focusing on CSAT, resolution speed, and KPIs.
• Act as the technical resource for Client Solutions Managers, Account Managers, and Partner Managers.
• Handle inbound requests from the sales team across all Ads products in markets.
• Participate in weekly team sessions to discuss learnings and improve knowledge.
