Job summary

Salt is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to serve a social media client on a 12-month contract, renewable. You will be the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, gaining expertise in advertising solutions and guiding best practices.

You will resolve technical issues, collaborate with Sales on client plans, and apply knowledge of pixels, ad servers, auctions, SQL, RESTful APIs, and AI tools to improve deliverables.

Qualifications

• Build technical expertise and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups.
• Resolve technical issues stemming from the usage of solutions.
• Partner with Sales to resolve client issues and build market or vertical plans for technical services.
• Knowledge of the Tech ecosystem.
• Translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Troubleshoot advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will become an expert on advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way.

What you’ll do & Need:

• Build technical expertise in products and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
• Resolve technical issues stemming from the usage of solutions
• Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services
• Knowledge of the Tech ecosystem
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels,ad servers, auctions and delivery
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality in day-to-day work
