Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Singapore is hiring a Technical Solutions Consultant for a 12-month engagement within Global Operations. You will serve as the primary technical contact for clients and internal teams, advising on advertising solutions and ensuring successful deployments.

The role requires strong problem solving, hands-on troubleshooting of pixels, ad servers, and delivery mechanisms, plus collaboration with Sales and Customer Success to meet CSAT KPIs and deliver tailored campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Solid understanding of the Advertising Technology ecosystem.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non‑technical audiences.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery mechanisms.
• Experience working with SQL databases and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical contact for our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Develop deep expertise in our advertising solutions, providing strategic consultation to clients on best practices and customized setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and optimization of advertising products, including signals, measurement, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address client challenges, prioritize technical support tasks, and develop tailored market or vertical‑specific plans.
• Support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) by assisting advertisers facing technical difficulties, providing expert troubleshooting and guidance.

• Act as the technical support resource for Client Solutions Managers, Account Managers, and Partner Managers.
• Handle inbound requests from the sales team across all Ads products, covering both in‑market and scaled markets.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Facebook Ads products, quickly unblocking technical challenges to ensure campaign success.
• Participate in weekly team sharing sessions to discuss learnings, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve collective knowledge.
