Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, becoming an expert on our solutions and advising on best practices.

You will resolve technical issues, collaborate with Sales to prioritize and design bespoke setups, and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences while working in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree.
• 3+ years' experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Knowledge of the Tech ecosystem.
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Build technical expertise in Client’s various products and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups.
• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Company’s solutions.
• Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services

Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs.
