Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience in digital advertising, including direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM, and measurement fundamentals.
• Experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, or similar.
• Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience working directly with marketing, media, or consulting firms, with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and craft integrated marketing strategies leveraging digital solutions.
• Use data, insights and market intelligence to guide product solutions implementation.
• Educate clients and agencies on product features to drive adoption.
• Drive internal product innovation with cross-functional partners.
• Design and oversee measurement schemes, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage budget spend and analytics dashboards; provide real-time optimization.
• Collaborate with Client Partner to meet sales and yield targets.
• Lead operational excellence; manage complex work streams in advertising ops.
• Oversee internal account operations, troubleshooting and policy enforcement.
• Build and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams regionally to ensure campaign success.
• Plan media/creative structures and oversee campaign execution.
