Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Singapore is hiring a Technical Solutions Consultant for a 12-month engagement within Global Operations. You will serve as the primary technical contact for clients and internal teams, advising on advertising solutions and ensuring successful deployments.

The role requires strong problem solving, hands-on troubleshooting of pixels, ad servers, and delivery mechanisms, plus collaboration with Sales and Customer Success to meet CSAT KPIs and deliver tailored campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Solid understanding of the Advertising Technology ecosystem.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non‑technical audiences.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery mechanisms.
• Experience working with SQL databases and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Develop deep expertise in our advertising solutions, providing strategic consultation to clients on best practices and customized setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and optimization of advertising products, including signals, measurement, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address client challenges, prioritize technical support tasks, and develop tailored market or vertical‑specific plans.
• Support Customer Success Managers by assisting advertisers facing technical difficulties, providing expert troubleshooting and guidance.
• Manage a high volume of support cases, focusing on customer satisfaction (CSAT), resolution speed, and case‑related KPIs.
