Job summary

KK Women's and Children's Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior/Patient Service Associate to support admissions and front-line services for patients.

You will assist in patient registration, maintain accurate records in the hospital information system, and handle general administrative duties with a patient-centric approach. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries about admissions, scheduling appointments, collecting deposits and payments, and providing pre-admission financial

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC / O levels required.
• Experience in frontline customer service and/or hospital operations preferred.
• Proficient in IT data/information systems.
• Knowledge of SAP system would be an added advantage.
• Outgoing, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service oriented and patient focused.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and maintain complete information in the patient system database.
• Handle general administrative duties and enquiries on admissions.
• Schedule patients' appointments and manage deposits and payments.
• Provide pre-admission financial counselling as part of the admission process.
