Job summary

KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Singapore is seeking a capable front desk clerk to support the Department of Child Development. You will handle patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling, delivering courteous service at all times.

Responsibilities include attending to patient inquiries, recording measurements such as height and weight, and preparing examination rooms. You will also support doctors’ clinics by ensuring orders are followed and information entered accurately.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O/A/NITEC/ITE (Office Skills) is required.
• Prior knowledge of Outpatient Appointment System (OAS) preferred.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal communication.
• Basic computer literacy – MS Excel.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player, alert and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Registration and billing of patients.
• Schedule patients’ appointments.
• Attend to patients’/public enquiries.
• Take height and weight measurements.
• Prepare and set up doctors’ consultation rooms for daily usage (examination/screening items).
• Support doctors’ clinics, ensure doctors’ orders are followed and information entered correctly.
