Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a Patient Service Associate for a 1-year contract at [West hospital] in Singapore. You will register patients, handle inquiries, collect payments, and assist admissions while delivering excellent service to patients and their families.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Bed Management for beds, arranging SOC appointments for EMD patients, preparing documents for Medical Records, and replenishing stock as needed. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec or higher with good customer service attitude.
• Willing to work 3 shifts and on-site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries.
• Collect payment/deposits and provide Financial Counselling for admissions.
• Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients.
• Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) appointments for Emergency Medicine Department's(EMD) patients.
• Sort documents in preparation for dispatch to Medical Records Office (MRO).
• Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives.
• Replenish inventory when stock is low.
