Responsibilities

• Perform patient's admission and registration via physical counter or mobile counter
• Explain hospital charges and payment options (Medisave/Medishield/private shield) to patients and collect deposits
• Perform billing and cashiering - process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection
• Request Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers and follow up for LOGs
• Reply to BO-related queries via email or calls
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
