TechTify PTE. LTD., based in Singapore, is looking for an Administrative Executive to support day-to-day office operations, handle general administration, coordinate events, and manage documents and procurement. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth workflows.

We are looking for a responsible, well-organised, and proactive Administrative Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration, office coordination, document management, vendor coordination, and providing administrative support to internal stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
Assist with travel arrangements, company events, and internal activities when required.
Manage daily office administrative and operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the workplace.
Maintain proper filing systems, administrative records, databases, and confidential documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, meeting rooms, and other internal administrative arrangements.
Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and procurement requirements.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, building management, and suppliers.
Coordinate office maintenance, facilities management, and workplace-related matters.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding arrangements, including workspace, access, and equipment coordination.
Prepare administrative reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
Support the improvement of administrative processes, systems, and standard operating procedures.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
3-5 years of relevant administrative, office management, or related job experience
Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
