DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Administrative Executive with Japanese proficiency to support administrative and documentation activities between Singapore and the Japan HQ.
You will translate, review and submit documents within timelines, ensuring accuracy and proper communication with partners. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a Diploma in Business Administration, and JLPT N2 level Japanese.
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Executive with proficiency in Japanese to support administrative and documentation activities between the Singapore office and the company’s headquarters in Japan, including communication with Japanese partners and stakeholders.
The Admin Executive will ensure that documents, reports and administrative information are accurately prepared, reviewed, translated where necessary, and submitted within the required timelines.
Salary: $3,300 - $4,500 + VB
Working hours: MON- FRI Office hours
HQ Location: Commonwealth, Singapore
1 year renewable contract with perm staff benefits
Translate routine business documents, emails, forms and instructions
Review documents to ensure information is accurately communicated between the Singapore office and Parent office headquarters.
Prepare letters, reports, forms, presentations, meeting materials and other administrative documents.
Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
Coordinate meetings, prepare supporting materials and take meeting minutes when required.
Manage document submission, version control and filing for materials submitted to headquarters.
Coordinate internal administrative matters and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Handle routine correspondence and administrative enquiries.
Provide general administrative support to management and the office.
Support ad-hoc projects and assignments from management or headquarters.
Perform other reasonable administrative duties as assigned.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
At least 2–3 years of administrative, documentation or coordination experience is preferred.
Language: Professional fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 level) for handling documentation and communication with Japanese partners and stakeholders in parent company
Experience in document control, corporate reporting or general administration is preferred.
Familiarity with structured or multinational environments is advantageous
Strong organisational, document-management and attention-to-detail skills.
Able to coordinate effectively with internal and overseas stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
