Job summary

Inspectorate (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an organized administrator to support local and group Purchase Orders, including those for subcontractors and non-Trafigura.

You will handle invoicing for projects led by the Operational Executive, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and assist the APAC team with travel arrangements, visitor visa applications, and hotel bookings.

Additional ad-hoc administrative tasks will be assigned to support the team’s day-to-day operations.
