Nanyang Technological University Singapore is seeking a Manager, Administration to support the Head of Corporate Services in strengthening governance, governance reporting, and cross-functional coordination across the School. You will work with senior leadership and administrative units to consolidate information, develop dashboards, and improve clarity of operational data.

The role emphasizes process improvements, risk monitoring, and providing structured insights to support leadership

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, public administration, or related discipline.
6–10 years in operations management, administration, consulting, or programme management.
Strong analytical skills to consolidate and interpret data.
Experience preparing management reports or dashboards.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple departments.
